Who we are

Anvilmarts Limited is a company registered in England & Wales, company number 2580003. Our registered office is in Slough, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for information collected through this website and in the course of supplying our services.

02

What we collect

We collect only the information we need to quote, produce and deliver your work, and to comply with our legal obligations. That typically includes:

  • Contact details: name, company, email, telephone, delivery address.
  • Artwork and brief files you send us for production.
  • Order history, invoices and payment records.
  • Correspondence between us about current or past projects.
  • Website analytics (aggregate, anonymised; see 06).
03

How we use it

We use the information you provide strictly to:

  • Prepare quotes and proofs in response to your enquiry.
  • Produce, pack and deliver the goods you order.
  • Send order confirmations, dispatch notifications and invoices.
  • Maintain accurate financial and production records, as required by UK law.
  • Contact you about your live projects, or about your account where you have one.
04

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your data. Ever. We share it only with the third parties we need to in order to deliver your work: couriers and fulfilment partners, print subcontractors (for jobs we cannot run in-house), our accountants, and HMRC where legally required.

All production partners are bound by written confidentiality agreements. Artwork is destroyed or returned at project end on request.

05

How long we keep it

We keep order and financial records for seven years to comply with HMRC requirements. Artwork and production files are archived for two years after the final delivery, then deleted unless you ask us to retain them for a repeat programme. Marketing contact details are reviewed annually and removed on request or after 24 months of inactivity.

06

Cookies & analytics

This website uses a minimal set of cookies. A session cookie keeps the site working. An optional analytics cookie helps us see which pages are useful; it is anonymised and never shared with advertising networks. You can decline it without affecting any feature of the site.

07

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Ask us what data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct or delete data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to stop processing your data (where we have no overriding legal basis to continue).
  • Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
  • Complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office if you believe we have handled your data unlawfully.
08

Security

Data is held on UK- and EU-based servers with access restricted to named staff. Backups are encrypted. We use two-factor authentication on all systems that hold client data. If a breach ever occurs, we will notify affected clients within 72 hours as required by law.

09

Changes to this policy

We review this policy annually. Material changes are summarised at the top of the page and, where they affect you, notified by email to active clients. Minor corrections are logged but not circulated.
